Is the enquiry binding?
No. You simply tell us your preferred dates. We reply with availability and the total price – the apartment is only reserved once you say yes to that.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within 24 hours, often sooner. If nothing has arrived after a day, please check your spam folder or write to us directly at info@villa-grille.de.
We are travelling with children – is that all right?
Very much so. Two travel cots and a high chair are ready and free of charge, and children up to the age of six stay free. Just tell us their ages in your message and everything will be set up when you arrive.
What does a stay cost?
That depends on the season and the number of guests. All rates are listed openly on the rates page. We will quote the binding total for your dates in our reply.
Can we come by car?
Yes. There is free parking in the neighbouring streets, a few minutes' walk from the front door. You need no permit and no advance notice.
Is there a lift?
No. The apartment is on the top floor, two flights of stairs up. For guests with heavy luggage, a pram or limited mobility that is something we would rather mention beforehand than afterwards.
