Rates are per night for two people, plus the final cleaning fee. They may differ on public holidays, during trade fairs and around major events. We will quote the binding total for your dates when we reply to your enquiry – complete and with no hidden costs.
What is included
Bed linen and towels, water, electricity and heating, Wi-Fi, and the travel cots and high chair for the little ones. Nothing is added later that is not in the table above: the total we quote in our reply is the amount you pay.
How booking works
1 · Enquiry
You tell us your dates and how many of you there are. No obligation, no payment details.
2 · Offer
We usually reply within 24 hours with availability, the total price and the cancellation terms.
3 · Confirmation
If everything suits you, a short email back is enough. Only then is the apartment reserved for you.
4 · Arrival
We hand over in person if you like, show you around, and stay reachable throughout your stay.
Staying longer
We offer special prices for stays longer than 7 nights. That is aimed squarely at guests who are in Würzburg for work, for a longer academic stay, or because someone is being treated at the university hospital. Do write a line about your situation – we can almost always find a solution.
